This summer, we embrace the limitless possibilities found in your library with our theme Reading Takes You Everywhere. I can't think of a more appro- priate theme, can you? Our library is chock full of resources to help you explore, discover, and experience new places, people, and things. Think of your library card as your pass- port on a journey of discovery this summer where the only limit is your imagination! Be sure to check out all the won- derful programs in this newsletter as you plan your itiner- ary. Acclaimed photographer Rose Eichenbaum will visit Chelsea as our artist-in-residence July 12–14 and share her expertise and experiences with us. Check out pg. 5 for more information on Rose and workshops and portfolio assessment opportunities for both the novice and seasoned photographer. Have a hankering for some classical music? Jacopo Giacopuzzi returns to CDL to accompany soprano Joy Jan Jones in our Music in the Air concert. And if you're looking for a little adventure inspiration, then look no further than Mo Tait's reflections on her Appalachian Trail hike on pg. 4. What's on My Nightstand?
